A Level Project - Documentary Advert

My 2nd year Media Studies A-Level coursework included a critical investigation into a media issue of our choice, and then two practical pieces relating to this investigation. I produced a double page specialist magazine article on the topic and this, a moving image advert for a TV documentary. The advert was produced completely independently - from planning and filming the footage, to editing it together using a variety of Adobe programmes. The accompanying magazine article is available in the Visual Design section of my portfolio, and Critical Investigation essay 'Is Citizen Journalism the Future of Journalism?' available in the Other/Theory section.
A Level Project - Artist Promotional Video

For my first year Media Studies A-Level coursework I created a promotional campaign for a fictional artist 'Lara Rose' on a fictional record label 'Nutune'. The film was thoroughly planned out with timelines and shot breakdowns, with all filming, editing and graphic design done by me - using programmes such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Bridge, Illustrator and Photoshop. To accompany this moving image, I also produced a double page magazine article promoting her tour and album, an a5 tour and album advert, and an a5 tour poster, all of which is available in the Visual Design section of my Portfolio.
